Our business parks are situated in beautiful, green surroundings and we are very aware of our responsibility to the planet and to future generations. We are constantly looking for ways to reduce our carbon footprint and minimise the impact our buildings and tenants have on the environment.

Upgrading lighting to LED and installing efficient electric heating is a priority and we are proud of our track record for reducing electricity consumption year on year. We also work with our occupiers to reduce water usage and increase recycling with the result that only 3% of the total waste from the two parks goes to landfill.

Our eight electric vehicle charging points are sufficient for current demand but we are ready to install more as they are needed, to encourage tenants to reduce their reliance on fossil fuels.
