The Technology Centre at Aberdeen Energy Park provides the opportunity for engineering companies of all types to arrange their space to fit their needs. All on a single storey, with access to an optional roller shutter door, it gives you scope to layout the working area as a workshop, laboratory, warehouse and/or office and allocate the appropriate amount of space to each.
Each unit is self-contained with its own toilets and kitchen. There is plenty of parking right outside and electric vehicle chargers and cycle stores close by.
The current available space measures 2,692 square feet, giving you multiple options when it comes to configuration. The space is unfurnished to enable you to customise it to your own unique style, and our team are more than happy to advise on our cost-effective fit-out packages if you need help with space planning, design, tendering or even the project management of the work.
