The Office You Need
People come first at the Innovation Centre, from the bright reception area through to the calm environment of the shared atrium space, where staff can relax or collaborate surrounded by greenery while enjoying the natural light from the large glass roof.
Around the atrium, on two floors, there is a total of 10,000 square feet of office space, divided into individual suites in a range of sizes. The smallest units make perfect private offices, while the larger offices accommodate up to ten people in an open-plan layout.
The units are equally suitable for use as laboratories or workshops and any company taking the entire building will have the opportunity to change the layout to suit their operation. AEIP offers an optional fit-out service as well as furniture packages to help you create the space that best reflects your brand, and you are free to redecorate to put your own stamp on the offices.

Excellent Facilities
The Innovation Centre has a spacious meeting and conference room which can seat 12, and benefits from AV equipment and natural light.
Communication is covered too, with category 5e structured data cabling, superfast broadband and access to the digital IP telephone system.
Office cleaning, utilities and repairs are available through our on-site management team who are there to help you settle in as smoothly as possible.
Immediately outside the Innovation Centre there are 64 dedicated parking spaces, and electric vehicle charging points are available adjacent to the building.
Leases Tailored To You
Speak to our team about your requirements and they will be happy to put together a service package that suits your business and your budget. We offer long-term leases for stability and shorter-term leases for those who prefer flexibility.
There is also the option to take a section of the building or to sub-let part of it, ideal for an ambitious business that plans to grow.

Convenient Location
The Energy Park benefits from a mature, green landscaped environment and is close to Aberdeen’s A90 peripheral route, with fast access to the Diamond Bridge over the River Don. Just 10 minutes from Aberdeen City Centre and 20 minutes from Aberdeen Airport, the Innovation Centre is well situated for meeting up with colleagues and partners.
As well as parking and electric car charging there is also secure bicycle storage close to the building and shower facilities for those who prefer a more energetic commute. The on-site Grub café provides delicious coffee, snacks and lunches to take away or eat in as well as catering services for events.
Easy Access to Aberdeen & Beyond
The Innovation Centre has excellent car parking capacity for tenants and their visitors. It is close to the main A90 peripheral route and is easily accessible from Aberdeen city centre as well as the airport, Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and both universities.
