People come first at the Innovation Centre, from the bright reception area through to the calm environment of the shared atrium space, where staff can relax or collaborate surrounded by greenery while enjoying the natural light from the large glass roof.
Around the atrium, on two floors, there is a total of 10,000 square feet of office space, divided into individual suites in a range of sizes. The smallest units make perfect private offices, while the larger offices accommodate up to ten people in an open-plan layout.
The units are equally suitable for use as laboratories or workshops and any company taking the entire building will have the opportunity to change the layout to suit their operation. AEIP offers an optional fit-out service as well as furniture packages to help you create the space that best reflects your brand, and you are free to redecorate to put your own stamp on the offices.

The Innovation Centre has a spacious meeting and conference room which can seat 12, and benefits from AV equipment and natural light.
Communication is covered too, with category 5e structured data cabling, superfast broadband and access to the digital IP telephone system.
Office cleaning, utilities and repairs are available through our on-site management team who are there to help you settle in as smoothly as possible.
Immediately outside the Innovation Centre there are 64 dedicated parking spaces, and electric vehicle charging points are available adjacent to the building.
