The Energy Development Centre provides the ultimate in flexible workspace for manufacturing, engineering, chemical and industrial services companies. With an open plan space on the ground floor, roller shutter doors and a spacious mezzanine, you choose the layout that fits the way you work.

Most of the units are around 1,500 square feet, and have room for 10-15 people to work upstairs in an office layout with additional space on the ground floor.

A workshop or warehouse downstairs and office upstairs is only one configuration though; you might prefer an office downstairs with storage upstairs, or a mixed-use space throughout – the choice is yours. All units are unfurnished and so you are free to fit them out yourself or use our cost-effective fit-out service to adapt the space to match your requirements.

Each unit is fully self-contained, has immediate access to the exterior, and its own kitchen and toilet. As you would expect, the building is maintained to a high standard.

We offer long leases for those who like to plan ahead, and shorter leases if you expect to grow (or downsize) in the near future. We also have a wide range of alternative office spaces within the parks, and we love to help our clients move to a larger space to accommodate their success. Inspiring Working Environment

Set in the Aberdeen Energy Park, the EDC benefits from access to a range of amenities including electric car charging points, cycle storage and showers. Set in mature landscaped surroundings, it provides workers with the ability to enjoy the outdoors and spend time in nature. A short walk away is the popular Grub Café with its freshly made sandwiches and snacks.

The centre has excellent car parking capacity for tenants and their visitors. It is close to the main A90 peripheral route and new Don crossing and easily accessible from Aberdeen city centre as well as the airport, Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and both universities.
