At Aberdeen Energy and Innovation Parks we have entire office buildings, individual office units and separate wings available to rent in the convenient Bridge of Don area.

We have spaces available to suit all sizes of companies, and if your business is still growing our wide choice of office space provides you with scope to expand. Unit sizes start from 700 sq ft right up to 10,000 sq ft giving you plenty of options.

We recommend arranging a viewing with our helpful parks management team in the first instance, as they will be able to ask about your requirements and show you the business centre that will be most suitable.

Choose Your Space

The Innovation Centre is a modern building with offices in a variety of sizes set around a bright, open plan atrium on two levels. It has a spacious meeting room and relaxed communal spaces as well as dedicated parking.

Davidson House is set in the beautifully landscaped environment of the Innovation Park, and offers 5 wings of office space around a bright reception area. There’s a relaxed breakout area on the first floor with collaboration space as well as a large conference room with AV equipment. Many of the office units are suitable for use as lab space.

Also in the leafy Innovation Park, we offer office spaces in a range of sizes at Kettock Lodge. The large, open plan suites have plenty of natural light and can accommodate teams of 10-80 people. With dedicated parking and electric vehicle charging, it’s a convenient and attractive location for your Aberdeen base.
